China has big plans for AI and robotics, and Guangdong, in particular, is stepping up to be a major player in this game.

The province's latest conference on Tuesday has brought some exciting updates, including 12 new measures to boost the development of AI and robots.  

Guangdong is already China's AI and robotics powerhouse, home to over 1,500 AI companies and producing nearly half of the country's robots.
